Dunya CD Release 1: Come see what love has done to me (Gel gör beni aşk neyledi)
Turkish Songs and instrumental music on love and its consequences...
Boston: Valentine's Day, 2005. This concert is a contribution to the American Day of Love-usually an unsettling mix of time-honored European love rituals and naked commerce-through the words of music of another culture. The results may be exhilarating, and at times challanging. In Turkish music, expect no red hearts and cupids and chocolates, but instead, solitary nightengales singing in gardens, village courting dances, mad lovers, and heart-breaking expressions of loss and seperation
